Hello,
I have the Vero 5 and have just upgraded to Kodi 20.5.
The update went well but every time I start Kodi, I get the message to update.
Iā€™ve done it 3 times and despite this, every time Kodi starts up it asks me to do it.
And if I donā€™t do it, I get an icon at the bottom left reminding me.
Is this normal? Are there several updates to do?

This sounds like there is an issue with at least one failed update and that is why youā€™re seeing this behavior. In order to gain some insight into exactly where your issue lies a log set would be required. Information on how to generate this please see the followingā€¦

You might also just ssh into your device and try manually installing update with the following commandā€¦

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Iā€™ve just done the ssh processā€¦everything went fine.
When I restarted Kodi, I still got the message to update and I got an error message at the end.

I think you would need to enable component logging for CEC.

Itā€™s under System settings. Iā€™d suggest making a new thread as the release thread isnā€™t used for diagnosing issues, particularly an older one.
