Is it safe to empty that folder completely?..are the other debs (non-osmc update debs) needed for anything?
Not suggesting to delete the folder. Just use autoclean/clean.
Cheers, that what I did.

Final release is here !!!
You are talking about Kodi or?
Yes leia version, when can we expect an update ?
Sam already answered that in another thread, and if heās going to have to answer this question again and again, releasing stable OSMC Leia will take him forever.
Sorry for this, I through this topic was the primary discussion for leia / vero.
Nope, this oneās about testing gmcās builds.
Donāt think there is an official Leia thread yet but Sam answers the question here
There are still some bugs and patches we need to apply to the builds. Last thing we want to do it release a version which everyone will upgrade to and then have issues.
Nightlies will still continue until the official OSMC Leia is released after which nighlies will then bump to the 18.1 or later branch.

Understood. Keep up the good work OSMC team!
Is there a recommended way to switch from nightly back to stable once Leia has been released on OSMC?
You can just edit the sources.list and comment out/delete the gmc-18 line
Thanks. Assumed it was as simple but wanted to double-check. Been happy with your builds as I really wanted to play around with the Netflix and Amazon plugins. But now there is going to be an official release itās time to say goodbye. Unless 19.x will deliver some goodies I canāt wait forā¦

As stated a month ago, the problem with not working audio passtrough for Dolby Digital Plus (maybe also others as well, but not all) on the Vero4k is still present.
I tried all kinds of different settings, they all donāt matter. I can still play it with PCM (no passtrough).
My AVR is a Pioneer VSX-923 and it works until build nr 345. Since then I tested about every week a new build and it is still there. 344 works as well, 346 and 347 are builds that crash, and build 348 has the audio problems. After every test I just reverted back to build 345 and it worked again.
Does it work with the current v17 build?
