Hi,
I received my Vero 4k product on 28/11/17 which generally works flawlessly apart from a sync issue with the IR Remote (the one that comes with the product order).
Generally every time I turn on the Vero 4K I have to either unplug the USB receiver to get the remote to function, or re-do the sync process to get it working. After I have re-synced the remote it may last for one or two power on/off cycles before the remote loses its connectivity.
Is there anything else I can try to get this working? I have tried the suggestion in the thread below:
