When can I expect the dispatch if the order placed August 27th? Does September look realistic?
Also who does the delivery to Russia? Is it Russian Post?
Hopefully Sam’s too busy shipping stuff to answer, but from the progress we’ve seen so far that does seem somewhat unrealistic.
I think we will catch up on all orders within two weeks.
Russia Post usually handles it. It will be traceable.
Usually how much time it takes to be delivered? My order 19083 has been patched since 10/9 and the tracking is still on 11/9 in transit. USPS shows nothing, that means that the package is still on US?

I got my Vero 4k + two minutes ago.
It´s really really really smal (9cm x 9cm x 2cm)
But i cant find any operation manual or any bill.
You can view and download your invoice as a PDF from My Account – OSMC. We don’t include one in the package normally.

Because it is the best kodi-box out there; and with the Vero 4K+ it is even better. And there are several forums recommending it

if i look into my account - Orders i can only see “No order has been made yet”.
Thats my problem.
Orders are linked automatically as long as you use the same email address that you used to place your order.
There is also a PDF included in the original order confirmation email
Alternatively, you can give me the order # and I can send you a PDF.

Can you inform up to which order date (approx.) you’ve got the orders out now?
On one hand it is easy to patiently await a shipment update, on the other it is taking quite long now… (ordered 14/08/2018, shipping to The Netherlands)

What would be the expected time frame for you to send out orders until - let’s say - 14/08 for example?
Probably just over a week, worst case scenario.
I’ve been trying to stay out of this thread as I knew when I ordered my 4K+ I’d wait a while to get it,
but might I suggest when you get the time the opening post is split off from the rest of the thread so its a bit easier to see when @sam_nazarko posts shipment updates rather than having to scroll up 344 (at the time being) posts to see this information?
